The project concept is inspired by the idea of “breathing space,” essential for the adaptability of different functions. It is defined by the relationship between the “hermit” and the “seeker.” The design weaves connections between various elements while ensuring high-quality exits and an integrated landscape, reinforcing the site’s identity.

Zhangzhou China Merchants Building Phase II

The site is designated for administrative offices. To the north, it borders existing logistics and industrial zones; to the west, planned residential areas; and to the southeast, commercial land. To the east, two public green spaces separate it from hospitality land, while further south along the hillside, the area continues as planned residential development.
