Conceptual Planning of the New Ecological Urban District of Qingdao International Horticultural Expo
From fragmentation to networks, from isolation to integration, from artificial to natural, from greening to ecology, from Western-inspired experiments to the awakening of Chinese civilization, from conflicting interests to shared prosperity.

Honghua Airport Transformation
The Honghua Airport area is located on the southeastern edge of Nanjing’s main urban district, covering approximately 9.97 square kilometers. It is bordered by the Qinhuai River and Yunliang River to the north and northeast, the Ring Expressway to the east and south, and Daming Road to the west, with Ningli Road marking its southwestern boundary. The area overlooks the Zhongshan Scenic Area to the north and connects to the Yuhuatai and Niushou Mountain Scenic Areas in the west.

Qingdao Tianheng
Island Territory
Amenagement
This plan envisions Qingdao Tianheng Island as a harmonious fusion of nature and human development, creating a garden city where urbanization and tourism thrive together.

Shenzhen Bay ‘Super City’ urban and architectural design
This futuristic “Mountain Beyond Mountains” reflects both streams of data and drifting clouds, much like our inner world—sometimes a mountain of information, sometimes as boundless as the open sky.

Nanjing Museum
Phase 2
History is intangible—any interpretation or reflection on it is not history itself. We share the same space, yet each inhabits a world of their own…

Shanghai Aerospace Navigation Museum
The entire design is inspired by the Moon, mimicking its form and texture on the exterior while creating an internal spatial experience that evokes a sense of weightlessness. The concept aligns with the theme of space exploration—from the roof texture of the Phase I Aerospace Museum to the skylights of Phase II, all elements evoke the vastness of the cosmos. The inner atrium allows visitors to gaze at the sky even from indoors, creating a space for contemplation and connection with the universe.

Shanghai Minhang Culture and Administration Centre
Structure is to a city what the skeleton is to the human body, shaping its spirit and character. Thus, the design process prioritizes creating a rational and efficient framework while integrating landscape and architecture. Within this structure, urban elements interact dynamically, maximizing their impact through a balanced and complementary composition.

2010 Shanghai EXPO Village Planning
We chose a series of riverside buildings inspired by traditional Chinese door panels to symbolize Shanghai’s open gateway to the world. In dialogue with Puxi and the Old City, these open portals represent the transition between past and future along both sides of the Huangpu River.

Jing’an Historical Zone Transformation
Jing’an boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage along with a strong economic foundation. Plot 103 serves as a transition from south to north, representing a key growth area and a major future revenue source for Jing’an District.

Transformation of
the Band of Shanghai
Towards an urban salon… By refining the city’s fabric and creating an urban salon, the significance of various urban sub-layers such as roads, landscapes, culture, space, and commerce is reinterpreted and expanded, giving new meaning to the Bund area.

Shenzhen Bay Technology & Ecology City Project
The project site is located between four main roads: Baishi Road, Shashe West Road, High-tech South Tenth Road, and Science and Technology South Road. The basic design element of the entire scheme is an L-shaped layout, which is repeatedly used both vertically and horizontally to form a cohesive structure. This simple yet powerfully compelling form makes the project a landmark in the entire area.

Shanghai Oriental Fishing Wharf
This project involves the renovation of an old building. The original structure consists of two parts: a trussed fishing market and a four-story office frame, with a total area of 9,320 square meters. After renovation, the building will become a five-story steel structure, retaining the original truss while adding a new underground floor. The transformed building will attract visitors with its iconic architecture and user experience, becoming a gem along the Huangpu River and improving the district’s image.

Poly Deqing
Origin Site Planning
The project is themed “Original Homeland”, symbolizing the pursuit of one’s dream and returning to one’s roots. Leveraging Deqing’s natural and cultural history, along with its transportation advantages connecting surrounding cities, we aim to create a garden city that blends cultural heritage and vibrancy.

Xianlin Ecology
Complex Agglomeration
The original plan had relatively independent landscapes for each block, whereas the new plan creates closer connections between the blocks, forming a multi-layered landscape corridor. From low land utilization to intensive use… From single-function to mixed-function… From independent to connected… From flat cities to vertical cities…

Shenzhen Sea World Culture Art Center
This plan aims to create an art space standing on the Shenzhen coastline, embodying high integration, sustainability, and flexibility.
