The site is designated for administrative offices. To the north, it borders existing logistics and industrial zones; to the west, planned residential areas; and to the southeast, commercial land. To the east, two public green spaces separate it from hospitality land, while further south along the hillside, the area continues as planned residential development.
Shenzhen Bay Technology & Ecology City Project
The project site is located between four main roads: Baishi Road, Shashe West Road, High-tech South Tenth Road, and Science and Technology South Road. The basic design element of the entire scheme is an L-shaped layout, which is repeatedly used both vertically and horizontally to form a cohesive structure. This simple yet powerfully compelling form makes the project a landmark in the entire area.

Shanghai Oriental Fishing Wharf
This project involves the renovation of an old building. The original structure consists of two parts: a trussed fishing market and a four-story office frame, with a total area of 9,320 square meters. After renovation, the building will become a five-story steel structure, retaining the original truss while adding a new underground floor. The transformed building will attract visitors with its iconic architecture and user experience, becoming a gem along the Huangpu River and improving the district’s image.

A sunlit, transparent, and energy-efficient architectural complex is seamlessly connected, sheltered from wind and rain. Circulation paths remain independent, ensuring smooth movement.
