The green belt surrounding the city is connected with the central green belt, creating a continuous landscape. The design expresses an open posture, breaking the current closure along the riverfront and giving the riverbanks back to the public, while allowing the views of the Pujiang River to permeate inland. The development primarily consists of residential buildings, with public buildings serving as a supplement. The design avoids excessive separation between public and private spaces, which can lead to inhumanity. A moderate number of commercial buildings with storefronts are included, and the underground space of the viewing platform is converted into commercial space. The viewing platform park is designed for city-level pedestrian traffic and will serve as a gathering place for nearby residents to socialize and enjoy leisurely walks.
