The design adopts a high-density lower level approach, based on a rectangular matrix order. Through exploring various combinations of shared levels and modular menus, it aims to more precisely interpret the client’s functional needs. The offices are all oriented southward. The façade uses glass bricks, taking advantage of their transparency, energy efficiency, insulation, and versatile shapes, allowing the offices to be bathed in gentle sunlight. This ensures both daylight and privacy for the interior spaces. The central courtyard is designed with ample green space, complemented by sunlight, providing a rich green view. The design seeks to embrace the traditional courtyard feeling, making the building as humble and reserved as it is internally elegant.
