The design is based on the original texture around the monument, facing it directly to show the utmost respect for history. The high-rise buildings all face south to capture expansive river views. Multi-level rooftop gardens maximize the value of dining and leisure spaces, creating a green city and reflecting the unique identity of Xiaoguan’s ecological modernization. The site is clearly divided for easy sales and property management, offering both flexibility and combination. The curved commercial flow maximizes retail space value, while the white façade is simple, modern, and easy to construct. The staggered volumes resemble a sailing ship, symbolizing the future of Xiaoguan and Nanjing.
