The staggered layout creates a more natural transition between the mountains and sea, while the curved steps flow smoothly like sand dunes, utilizing the elevation changes and terrain to concentrate the views along the scenic staircase. The curve offers multiple viewing angles and the longest visual expanse. The omnipresent courtyard gardens bring sunlight into every space, even the underground parking. The landscape corridor connects the Dui Cui Lake Reservoir with the sea, while two green corridors open up viewlines to the sea, connecting the northwest’s Dawo Ridge and the northeast’s Deep Pit Valley.
